I’m thrilled to share that I’ve planted Dahlia seeds that were collected from my own Dahlias last year on January 15th. They are up and growing beautifully as February rolls in. In just another week, they will be transplanted into individual cups. These are seed babies of Heartthrob, a stunning Red Collarette. Stay tuned for more updates as they grow!
I received Collarette Dahlia seeds from an online friend from his very special dahlia garden. I planted them on January 30th, and they have already started sprouting in just 5 days! I’m excited to see what colors they will bloom into. Note – These seedling trays did not work well at all and I will not be using them again.
